What APPOSH POS?
It is an On-line Point of Sale Software for cafes, retail stores, salon, spa, office etc that requires Internet Browser application. It manages your outlet's sale orders and payments effectively.
What is Lite POS?
Free 30 days. It is designed for small business SME that has no employee hierarchy of risk control.
Is APPOSH POS applicable in other countries beside Singapore?
Absolutely.
I am having problem adding my products?
APPOSH POS has an easy to use guided CMS (Content Management System) under POS Management menu Option. If you have issue understanding, you can alway call our technical line at +(65)96819360 or email support@apposh.com for assistance.
Do the POS subscription fees include photo editing?
Nope.
Will you send me a notification when I’m due for renewal?
Absolutely. Our Accounting Department will contact you when your subscriptions are due for a renewal.
What will happen if I didn't pay for the renewal on time? Would my activation immediately stop?
We will automatically renew your subscription and inform you ahead of time. If you would like to cancel your subscription you will need to get in touch with us.
Can I use my own domain name?
Absolutely. This is limited to PRO POS. You can provide us your domain name if you don't like the free POS URL link provided by APPOSH.
How long is the Lite POS activation?
Lite POS activation needs 1 working day unless we are busy.
Can I migrate Lite POS to PRO POS in future?
Absolutely. Migration needs approximate 7 working days.
Can I migrate my existing POS data to APPOSH POS?
Absolutely. Migration needs approximate 2 to 4 months depending how much data you have. Manpower Fee is charged according to the complexity and quantity of your request. Please inform us as early as possible if you need such action, do not wait until your present POS is about to expire.
Who can help me to source POS hardware and software setup?
APPOSH can accomplish the hardware and software integration to meet your unique business operation requirements. We offer such services at SGD$3288.
Can Public access APPOSH POS?
APPOSH POS's URL is only released to private POS merchants and will not publish in our website. PRO POS enable you to own a private URL. POS identity will not be published. This will eliminate the risk of cybercrime and stealing your confidential data.
Can APPOSH integrate Supply Chain features into POS?
Absolutely. As Supply Chain belong to business-to-business (B2B) model, from second half of 2019, it is a requirement to integrate PEPPOL E-invoice for B2B transactions for registered Singapore company. View PEPPOL E-invoice
Is software maintenance a must since POS is developed?
Absolutely. Every quarter or yearly, the programming languages or Database version may upgrade in the hosting server and certain codings are discontinued for security reason. This may cause the entire POS or some functions malfunction. No worries, our developers will replace new codings for you.
Is networking and hardware maintenance a must?
Absolutely.
