What do the subscription fees include?
We will provide you with Ecommerce Website activation, done up Website design plan given by you, regular system updates, on-board training, and 24/7 support from our expert engineers.
Do the subscription fees include adding my products?
Nope. All the plans comes with a powerful Content Management System (CMS) which is simple and easy to manage. We will provide user guide video for you to follow.
Do the subscription fees include photo editing?
Nope.
Is the platform Google Search friendly?
Absolutely. Our well-developed web platform for our clients have proven good Google Search Succeed Rate with online buyers.
Will you send me a notification when I’m due for renewal?
Absolutely. Our Accounting Department will contact you when your subscriptions are due for a renewal.
Do I need to pay any additional fees?
The only other cost is your add-on apps (things like SMS notification, Excel reports) and you will be thoroughly notified of all prices before committing to payment.
What will happen if I didn't pay for the renewal on time? Would my activation immediately stop?
We will automatically renew your subscription and inform you ahead of time. If you would like to cancel your subscription you will need to get in touch with us.
Is software maintenance a must after website developed?
Absolutely. Every quarter or yearly, the programming languages or Database version may upgrade in the hosting server and certain codings are discontinued. This may cause an entire website to fail or some functions malfunction. No worries, our developers will replace new codings for you.
Do APPOSH develop Business-to-Business (B2B) e-commerce?
